Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription terms. Access levels, generation limits, and download rights are tied to the active plan.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan until cancellation. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and entitlements may be managed through our payment and subscription providers.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once billed.

You retain responsibility for images, prompts, text, and other content you upload or submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellixy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or use.
